WE-Can

WE-Can is a technical and peer support program for women entrepreneurs looking for a place to share the challenges of entrepreneurship, build connections in the business community, and take their business to the next level. WE-Can was founded by women, for women, and is implemented by Space Bangkok in collaboration with a variety of partners, including the International Labour Organization, CanCham Thailand, and others.

Over the six-month program, women entrepreneurs come together for:​

​

  • support, sharing experience and information among peers

  • pursuit of business objectives

  • networking opportunities and business connections

  • learning with industry leaders

  • marketing opportunities through partner and WE-Can networks

  • connections to the WE-Can alumni network

​

Participants of WE-Can also enjoy additional benefits during the program that are sponsored by our partners, including employer organizations and business associations.  These benefits could include memberships, sponsored participation to events, access to broader networks, and more.

In response to the impacts of COVID-19 on women-owned small businesses, for the second half of 2021 and into 2022, WE-Can is partnering with the International Labour Organization on the WE-Can Be Resilient edition of WE-Can. With a particular focus on business resilience in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, WE-Can Be Resilient will target women entrepreneurs operating small businesses in the food and beverage, food manufacturing, and wellness sectors throughout Thailand.  

 

Through this initiative, women entrepreneurs will benefit from the WE-Can technical and peer support programme and access additional support services, which will help them recover from the COVID-19 pandemic and adopt more sustainable and resilient business models.

WE-Can

We-Can คือหน่วยงานที่จัดตั้งขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมให้ความช่วยเหลือทางด้านต่างๆ แก่นักธุรกิจหญิงโดยเฉพาะ เป้าหมายหลักของเรานั้นคือการเปิดโอกาสให้ทุกคนได้รู้จักกันเพื่อที่จะสร้างเครือข่ายทั้งทางด้านธุรกิจ และความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อกัน รวมไปถึงการสร้างกลุ่มเพื่อเป็นพื้นฐานต่อการเจริญเติบโตภายในชุมชน ธุรกิจ

 

We-Can ได้ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดยผู้หญิงเพื่อผู้หญิงและดำเนินการโดย สเปซ แบงค็อก (Space Bangkok) ทั้งนี้ ยังได้ร่วมมือกับหลากหลายองค์กร รวมไปถึง International Labour Organization (องค์การแรงงานระหว่างชาติ), CanCham Thailand และองค์กรอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย

 

หลักสูตรเราในหกเดือนที่ผ่านมานั้น ได้มีการร่วมมือกันภายในกลุ่มนักธุรกิจหญิง ดังนี้

 

  • สนับสนุน แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล ทัศนคติ และประสบการณ์ระหว่างกัน

  • แสวงหาวัตถุประสงค์ทางด้านธุรกิจ

  • เปิดโอกาสเพื่อที่จะสร้างเครือข่ายทางธรุกิจ

  • มีการเรียนรู้กับผู้นำทางด้านอุตสหกรรมต่างๆ

  • ขยายโอกาสทางด้านการตลาดโดยพันธมิตรและเครือข่ายของ We-Can

  • สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีร่วมกันระหว่างเครือข่ายของ We-Can ในรุ่นต่างๆ

 

ผู้เข้าร่วม We-Can นั้นจะได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆ ตลอดระยะเวลาของหลักสูตร ซึ่งได้รับการร่วมมือและการสนับสนุนจากพันธมิตรของเรา ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการสนุบสนุนจากคณะสมาคมนายจ้างและสมาคมธุรกิจและการค้า สิทธิประโยชน์ดังกล่าวนั้นจะรวมไปถึงการได้เป็นสมาชิก การได้รับการสนับสนุนเพื่อเข้าร่วมงานต่างๆ การเข้าถึงเครือข่ายธุรกิจที่กว้างขึ้น และอีกมากมาย

WE-Can Be Resilient

จากผลกระทบของโรคระบาดโควิท19 ที่มีต่อธุรกิจขนาดเล็กในครึ่งหลังของปี 2564 จนถึงปี 2565 นั้น We-Can ได้มีการจับมือร่วมกันกับองค์การแรงงานระหว่างชาติในโครงการที่ชื่อว่า WE-Can Be Resilient ซึ่งเป็นอีกบทบาทหนึ่งของ We-Can จุดประสงค์ของเราก็เพื่อที่จะให้ความสำคัญและช่วยเหลือต่อกลุ่มนักธุรกิจสตรีที่ดำเนินธุรกิจทางด้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม การผลิตเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภค และธุรกิจทางด้านสุขภาพต่างๆ ที่ดำเนินธุรกิจอยู่ทั้่วประเทศไทย 

 

ในการริเริ่มโครงการดังกล่าวนั้น นักธุรกิจหญิงจะได้รับประโยชน์และการช่วยเหลือทางด้านต่างๆ จากหลักสูตรของเราเพื่อช่วยให้รอดพ้นและพลิกวิกฤตของโรคระบาดโควิท19 ที่เกิดขึ้นในขณะนี้สู่โอกาสในการเติบโตในแบบจำลองธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืนครั้งใหม่อีกครั้ง
