What are Resilience Retreats?

Are you feeling lost, worn down, burnt out, or stressed to a breaking point?  If so, our retreats are for you.

We aim to help you reinvigorate, renew, and reconnect with your creativity, drive, and sense of self.  Creative activities involving nature, working with your hands, movement, music, storytelling, and more will help you live your best life and do your best work.  

We create the space and environment for you to move forward through life’s challenges and build your resilience.  Escaping the needs of others to focus on yourself will improve your self-awareness and self-confidence.  Best of all, we will help you create a plan to maintain the peacefulness and mindfulness you discover after you return home.

Our retreats are for 5 days and 4 nights.  The retreat price includes:

  • Most meals catered to accommodate your dietary needs
