About the event

Are you feeling lost, worn down, burnt out, or stressed to a breaking point?  About to make a big life or career change and need some time and space to reflect?  Want to build your own personal resilience to do your best work?  If so, this retreat is for you.

Our focus is on YOU!  We aim to help you reinvigorate, renew, and reconnect with your creativity, drive, and sense of self. Creative activities involving nature, working with your hands, movement, music, storytelling, and more will help you live your best life and do your best work.

We create the space and environment for you to push forward through life’s challenges and build your resilience.  Escaping the needs of others to focus on yourself will improve your self-awareness and self-confidence.  Best of all, we will help you create a plan to maintain the peacefulness and mindfulness you discover after you return home.

Our retreat is for 5 days and 4 nights in treehouses in the mountains outside of Chiang Mai. All activities will be done under the canopy of the forest.

The cost of the retreat is THB 25,000 (double occupancy) or THB 28,000 (single occupancy) and includes:

· Round trip transport between the Chiang Mai airport and the venue

· Accommodation

· All meals catered to accommodate your dietary needs

· Snacks and drinks throughout the day

· Relaxing green spaces

· All materials used during the creative activities

· Ways to find your center and build your resilience

· Your custom-made plan to maintain the mindfulness and resilience practice developed in the retreat once you return home

The retreat is designed to help you let go of your daily pressures so you can reconnect with yourself and other like-minded people. To help with this, you won’t be given a detailed agenda. This may be difficult for some of you, but it will allow you to go with the flow and stay in the moment. You don’t have to worry about what’s coming next or stress about what you need to do for it. Just leave it to us to loosely hold the space for you.  For those of you who prefer a bit more structure in your lives, a typical day at the retreat will look like this:

Morning movement (optional)

9:00 - Official start of the day & morning activities

Lunch

Post-lunch - Afternoon activities

17:00 (approximate) - End of the day’s official activities

Each session will be engaging, activity-based, and will connect to the beautiful setting for our retreat.  The sessions are carefully planned to build on each other and we invite you to trust us and come along for a meaningful and practical exploration of resilience.  Evenings are free.
