Initiatives

Alongside our client work, we are committed to supporting broader communities and initiatives aligned with our mission — creating space for connection, resilience, and impact beyond individual engagements.

Humanity's Thread

Humanity's Thread is an Australian-based not-for-profit organization that supports convenings around the topics of peacebuilding, resilience, leadership development, and trauma informed practice.

Community of Practice

We are part of a global community of practice focused on reflective approaches to resilience and wellbeing for people working in peacebuilding, humanitarian response, and social change.

The network brings together organizations and practitioners across multiple regions — hosting retreats and gatherings designed to support those doing demanding work in complex environments. It is built on a simple recognition: that the people working hardest to support others often need the most support themselves.

WE-Can

WE-Can is a peer support and connection initiative for women entrepreneurs designed to create a structured, supportive environment where entrepreneurs can share challenges and resources, build relationships, and access ongoing community.

The program includes:

  • Small-group peer support over six months

  • Regular opportunities for connection and networking

  • Access to events, workshops, and community resources

  • Lifetime membership in the WE-Can community

Acoustic Guitar Weekends

Acoustic Guitar Weekends is a series of small, immersive weekend retreats designed for people who already play guitar and want to go deeper — without pressure, competition, or performance expectations.

Each weekend brings together a small group of like-minded players for guided sessions, shared playing, conversation, and reflection, all set within carefully chosen regional locations.

The focus is simple: time, attention, and connection — to your instrument, to the music, and to the people around you.

These initiatives reflect our broader commitment to supporting people and systems, not just in individual engagements, but over time and across communities.
