Sustaining People Who Do Difficult Work
We hold space for those who hold space for others, because difficult work shouldn’t burn out the people who do it.
Peacebuilding and other for-purpose work asks a great deal of the people who do it. We work alongside them so they can keep going, and keep going well.
Our approach is facilitation: creative, interactive, and practical. We start with the experience in the room, create and hold space for people to wrestle with deep issues, and support participants to find their own way forward. We accompany teams, organizations, and individuals over time as they need.
When we talk about resilience, we mean the wellbeing of people, teams, and organizations to continue doing difficult work in difficult contexts over the long term. Our work sits where resilience, leadership, and trauma-informed practice meet.

Practical approaches to sustaining wellbeing in individuals, teams, and organizations.
Peacebuilding:

Too many organizations burn people out and replace them. We know there are better ways.
If the Work Matters, So Do the People Doing It
If your work is demanding and the context is hard, we can help you keep it sustainable.
